The reception was very friendly and attentive, we could safely store our travel bikes, the hotel had a charming vibe with warm exchanges, and it was right in the center of Illiers Combray, directly opposite the church.

The little rustic‑style hotel keeps its rooms clean, and everything feels modern with all the usual conveniences. The staff were warm and the breakfast was spot‑on. All in all, a great stay.
