The place is clean, new, and in good condition. I didn’t realize it was an auto hotel when I booked, and it wasn’t obviously family-friendly, but it helped me find a place in an emergency. It’s easy to get to, though it’s in a factory area and a bit remote.

The staff treated us very differently this time compared to our first visit; she was rude and unapologetic, argumentative and uncooperative, insisting our stay was only short and telling us to leave at 11 am even though our reservation said otherwise. The reservation clearly listed free breakfast for both of us, yet she claimed it was only for one person and wouldn’t understand, so they only brought one plate and placed a twisted scrambled egg on top of the chilaquiles. When we asked for a second plate it never arrived, and we also requested the two pieces of bread that were provided on our previous stay, but those never showed up either. Communication with the staff was bad this time, completely different from the first time we stayed there, and we won’t be staying here again. Thank you. Breakfast was definitely a problem.
