New, clean, modern, great staff, great location. Too noisy in the common areas.

Relative to other hotels, the place feels pretty lively; the balcony door doesn't open well, the air‑conditioner makes a crazy noise, and it's hard to sleep at night.

Great location, comfortable and clean; the ambience music at the reception, restaurant, and elevator was way too loud, breakfast was great but had no gluten‑free bread, and the restaurant also had no gluten‑free option.

Overall cleanliness and very friendly staff; I think it would be great to have a dolly to help carry the luggage easier.
