The breakfast was very good and generous, and the location is great – transport to the south gate is included. However, the bathroom had a really unpleasant smell and the windows in front of room 305 were screwed in.

They let us in two hours before the official check‑in time, and the mattress was extremely comfortable!

The pool, shuttle to the Pamukkale entrance, and breakfast were all good. The hotel can be quite noisy at times, there are foreign locals in the pool, and the bathroom drain smells bad.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and there is a private car park right in front of the hotel. Every detail is taken care of – the bedroom looks better than the photos, breakfast is excellent, everything is spotless, and they’ll give you a lift to the south port if needed. The swimming pool was great, though the weather that day wasn’t ideal for using it.
