“I really enjoyed my stay there”
The property was spotless, the service excellent, and the variety of pools impressive, yet the breakfast menu could use more choices.
“Often good but won’t book with them again for sure”
Just before checkout, I was shocked to see breakfast charges on my bill that I hadn’t ordered; I told the receptionist it wasn’t mine, and after a long discussion he agreed it might be a technical error. When I returned home, I was again billed for the same amount, and after further talk it turned out it belonged to a previous guest. The cleaning was also poor, even the tools they used for housekeeping were subpar.

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.
“I hope they can provide the same level of service and attention as last year.”
The rooms were clean and modern, stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks, but getting to the 400s requires climbing many stairs, making it hard and exhausting to move luggage up and down; additionally, the lobby service has noticeably slowed and become less attentive compared to previous years.
The location is great, but the price feels steep for what the hotel actually offers; overall it’s acceptable, yet the cost doesn’t match the hotel’s level.
