The location was fine, but the condition was terrible and not clean; the kids’ pool was a few streets away. I chose it based on the photos, and it turned out to be a deception. It lacks even the basic furnishings.

Everything was great, and I liked everything; the staff were friendly, the cleaning lady was punctual, the sheets were clean, and breakfast was excellent.

One of the most horrible stays of our lives. When we arrived, the property had no water, and they had to relocate us to another place. The kitchen was terrible, absolutely terrible. We had a very bad experience with the kitchenware, the cleanliness, and a dirty refrigerator that was running at a very high temperature. Everything was terrible, just terrible. After 24 hours, we gave up. We spent the entire afternoon waiting for them, and only after the whole afternoon were we finally placed in the correct property. It was a terrible experience. The cleanliness was horrible, with cotton swabs and false eyelashes left on the floor—the cleaning simply hadn't been done. The bathtub was unpleasant and rusty, and there was very little light in the bedroom. In short, the kitchen was more of the same, always very dirty, and the refrigerator very dirty. We decided to leave after 3 days and requested to be refunded, however, they were completely inflexible and didn't accept. An experience to not repeat. Very, very bad!
