The location of this hotel was its biggest selling point - it's right on the beach with stunning ocean views all day long, and it's close to everything you need.
The view from my room was seriously stunning, and the place was spotless.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the issues we encountered.
This place has stolen my heart - the staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner is a total sweetheart.

The hotel was fantastic, with beautiful design and décor, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms that included a fridge and microwave, free safe parking (though limited, so arrive early), a beautiful and relaxing pool area, and a prime location right across the street from the beach and the wharf, within walking distance to State Street, shops, restaurants, and tourist spots—highly recommended and I’ll definitely return.
A charming property with a Central‑American vibe, situated right on the beachfront with an excellent location. Free parking was right in front of the room, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included in the rate, though it wasn’t spectacular.
“Unrestful and unsanitary”
The location. The fact that there were so many marihuana smokers. It was not smoke free. It was very loud. I was getting awoken by neighbors upstairs walking and using the bathroom. Very loud. Then there was a flood. Water started leaking from above. You cant report it cause they are not at reception and no one can help.
The room, staff and location were absolutely phenomenal, literally right across the street from the beach, and the little patio on the second story overlooked the beach. The only complaint is the walls are THIN—every time we heard a little kid run about 10 miles back and forth, and if you’re a light sleeper, consider the second story because you’ll hear every footstep above.
