I had a very pleasant stay! Simone greeted me with a big smile, was available, caring, and discreet. The apartment was beautifully furnished, well maintained, and the bedding was fantastic! The closets and fridge were generously stocked for breakfasts, plus a wide variety of Italian products. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this address!

The location isn’t right next to the center, but the area is extremely quiet and we slept wonderfully. Simone was very kind and very helpful. The free parking inside the gate was a big plus. A special note about breakfast: many apartments that say “breakfast included” only offer a few basics, but here we found a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of items, including milk, fruit juices, yogurt, fresh fruit, cookies, toast, jams, various snacks, and even a coffee machine. That level of care was truly appreciated.

The owner’s kindness, availability, and hospitality stood out. The apartment had everything needed, the mattress was comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit already in the kitchen. The private parking and the close proximity to the center made it convenient for exploring nearby Parma. Highly recommended.

Simone was extremely helpful and kind, meeting every request from a crib for our baby to an extra person at the last minute, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of foods.

The apartment felt welcoming, had a dishwasher, and a spacious bathroom; however, the non-stick pans were a bit worn and should be replaced, though we also had stainless steel ones that we used.
