The check‑in was quick and easy, and the air‑conditioner worked well, but the water was cold.

The location was great, just a few steps from the metro, 15 minutes on foot from the Vatican, and in a very quiet neighborhood. Self‑check‑in was simple, the décor was new, and the air‑conditioning kept the room cool, though the bed was not the most comfortable.

The place was conveniently located for my needs, but the room was poorly maintained: the parquet looked neglected, the door was in bad shape, the bathroom was outside the room, the toilet leaked, the shower was tiny and the shower head didn’t work properly, the kitchen’s coffee machine was broken, and the fridge was dirty.
