The staff were very friendly and the sheets were clean, but it was cold in the room because the windows were open all night and the outside was chilly.

I booked at the last minute, which is fine for an emergency, and the self‑check‑in worked well, but the room wasn't ready when I arrived, there was only one shared bathroom for many rooms, and the apartment was noisy with people coming and going constantly.
