The showers were decent, the managerial staff excellent, and the room size good, though the mattresses are poor and need a change ASAP. Food, toilets, and mattress quality need improvement, especially in maintenance, toilets, and F&B services and food quality.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel, with every aspect exceeding my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable experience.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs.
