The staff were very accommodating and friendly, treated us like family and made us feel taken care of. But the elevators were out of order so we had to use the stairs, and the beds were uncomfortable and hard, causing some back pain.

The room was tidy and the bed felt comfy, but the elevator was out of order the whole time and my room sat on the 3rd floor. I was alone with my 4‑ and 6‑year‑old grandsons and all our stuff, so we had to haul everything up in three trips. When we returned late one night the room key failed, forcing me to lug the exhausted kids up and down the 3rd floor twice. The TV selection was awful, offering nothing to entertain the little ones, and breakfast was similarly disappointing with almost no options. Overall, it was a let‑down and I’d steer clear next time I visit family.

The elevator was broken, and I had to wait for a refund that never arrived. I’m very disappointed because I never received my refund.
