It was a very basic property, but the staff were extremely upsetting.

What a nightmare! We walked into a birthday party taking over the entire lawn, which wasn't mentioned to us beforehand. To make matters worse, the buffet dinner was set up right outside our room, making it impossible to even open the door. Not exactly the relaxing stay we were hoping for.
