The location was convenient to where we were going to be at in town and they had a big parking lot. It was a little ran down.

The convenient drive to and from work in town. As soon as I got into my room of 252 and took my boots off from a long day at work, getting into the room and at first glance the room looked relatively clean but the further in I got and started to settle in for the week I noticed a few things, what appeared to be a ton of dirt/sand on the floor when I took my boots off and felt it all over the place, the toilet looked like it hasn't been properly cleaned in 8 years, and it looked like there was black mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. It was gross and disgusting. On top of that I had the room right next to me all night blasting the TV as loud as it possible could go. All in all was not impressed with your hotel what so ever. Oh and the shower would only get luke warm not comfortably hot.

Beds were comfortable. Room wasn’t clean, no clean towels, no coffee pot, room needed updating. No double beds on first floor. People hanging in the stairwell all hours, not making you feel safe

Did not book this in the first place. You canceled my original reservation at Blisspoint Inn and gave me one at this DIVE! The room stank, there was a gaping space in the door to the outside, the neighbors were sitting out smoking pot and planning a party for the night there. I will Never use your booking service again.

The key card was hard to read to open the door. The room smelled bad like a moldy basement and the floor had dirt all over.
