The staff were very friendly, the room and bathroom were clean, there was a kettle in the room and tea for guests; the location was excellent, we walked the GSB trail right out of the hotel, practically stepping onto the trail from the property; I highly recommend this place for a night’s stay.

The lodge sits ideally on the GSB trail, and the room had everything we needed.

Everything was fine.

The place is close to the train station and shops, and you can check in about an hour earlier. The room and bathroom were dusty and dirty, there was no hook for a shower head, water stayed in the shower tray, the pillows and mattress were uncomfortable, and the walls were cardboard so you could hear guests in adjacent rooms even when they whispered.
