We had a small verandah with lovely native bush and birds. It was pretty clean and comfy. The park opened onto a hill, great for a short walk and bird watching.

The location was close to everything. The surroundings were clean.

Friendly staff greeted us and check‑in was smooth, but the park sits on the outskirts so you’ll need transport. We stayed in what feels like a tiny house with a kitchen and a small bathroom – a handy stop for one or two nights, though it’s quite pricey compared to other places we’ve visited. The parking is uncovered, and the sun was scorching with no shade for cars.

The cabins were comfortable and clean, and the parking was next to the cabin. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The park is outside the main town and quiet.
