The location is good and the rooms are modern, but the building entrance was problematic.

We liked the room size, sound insulation, and excellent location. The air conditioning works well and cleaning is impeccable. However, there are bees and mosquitoes in the area (typical of Pisa), there was no elevator to the family room (it was on a “half‑floor”), and the kitchenette was missing—advertised but not actually provided.

It sits in a key spot close to all iconic places. The rooms are quiet and fully equipped to feel at home. The staff were very friendly throughout. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Florence.
