The entire facility was clean and felt very value‑for‑money. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, giving me peace of mind. The welcome drink, snacks, and other small touches made the kids very happy, and they’re already saying they want to come back. If I travel again, I’ll definitely book here again. No problems.

とにかく非日常的なラグジュアリー気分を味わうことができました。(シャンデリアが綺麗！) 広々とした清潔な部屋で子どもたちも大喜びでした。キッチンも1階と2階にあり、長期滞在にも最適でしょう。 2階の大きな窓からの朝の景色もとても気持ちのいいものでした。 目の前にコンビニもあり、徒歩圏内に美味しい和食屋さんもあります。 駐車場も無料で停められ助かりました。 アーリーチェックインも快く対応してくださり、レイトチェックアウトも13時まで(1時間1000円)可能で、有り難かったです。アメニティも充実していて、チェックイン時に選べるのはよかったです。スタッフの方々もとても気持ちのよい対応でした。ありがとうございました。ぜひまた利用したいと思います！. 到着時に部屋の冷房が効いてなかったためとても暑くて…汗だくになりました。(エレベーター内も暑かったです…)できればチェックイン時間に合わせて冷房をつけていただけるとさらに快適に過ごせるかと思います。 キッチン用品は充実していましたが、ヤカンや電気ケトルがあると、コーヒーやお茶が飲めるのでさらにいいと思います。(見つけられなかっただけであったらすみません)2階のキッチンの前にダイニングテーブルがあればなおよかったと思います。 枕が高めで首が痛くなったので、低いものも用意してあるとさらによかったです。マットレスがもう少し広かったらゆったり２人眠れるのになと思いました。 足の悪い母がいたため、事前に浴室が階段を上った2階部分にあるという情報があればよかったなぁと思います。 テレビ横のカウンターテーブルに卓上ライトがあると勉強や仕事に使えてよいと思います。
