I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel in Rome and was very satisfied with the stay. The location, at Via Barletta, 29, is excellent and made our city tours much easier, especially because it’s close to the Vatican. The room is very comfortable and cozy, perfect for resting after a full day of exploring Rome. Breakfast was undoubtedly one of the highlights: wonderful, varied, and prepared with great care. I also liked the shared kitchen, which serves only three rooms. It’s a very pleasant and practical space where tea, biscuits, and water are always available. It’s those small touches that make us feel truly welcomed. I also want to highlight the owner’s attention and kindness, always very attentive and available. That care made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a very nice experience, in a comfortable, welcoming, and well‑located place. If I return to Rome, I will definitely stay here again!

“we would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

This was a fantastic stay! Our room was impeccably clean and so quiet, essential for us when visiting a big city. And then the rooftop breakfast that was included is more than anyone would imagine, with fresh cappuccino and cornetto but also eggs, yogurt, juices, on and on and the nicest and most personable and friendly staff! The best way to start out for a full day of sightseeing. The location is fantastic, there is a metro station in the same block and many restaurants within walking distance. Gianluca was so helpful and it was just a complete pleasure to stay here. We can’t wait to return! In the room we stayed, there is only half of the opening covered as a shower door- note it is lovely and modern and the water pressure was fantastic - however as a result of the open area of the shower, we got water on the bathroom floor every time we showered.

I stayed from 2026/8/12 to 8/14. The owner was very kind and sincere, so I felt at ease. The room was stylish and very comfortable. The owner also personally suggested recommended restaurants and sightseeing routes. I went to the recommended restaurants and they were delicious and I was very satisfied. This time I stayed with my wife and two children, and everyone was comfortable without any inconvenience or inconvenience. I am very grateful to owner Gianluca and all the staff. Thank you!
