“Buena”
The location was perfect, away from the scandal and the parties that characterize the city. I lost the cover for my shoes in my room and they couldn’t find it.
Breakfast was excellent, the view was great, the pool was nice, and the staff were friendly. Diego was especially fantastic with my nephews, and the rest of the team was equally helpful.

The hotel is very beautiful with a breathtaking view from the rooftop. The breakfast was excellent and the room was large. There are few restaurants and bars nearby, and you need to take a taxi to get out.
The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help; everything was spotless, and the view of the mountains from the pool terrace was outstanding. There was practically nothing to complain about.

The property itself was very good, the hotel was lovely, the accommodations were great, the bed linens were comfortable, and the kitchenette was well supplied; overall I was very happy. Unfortunately, we experienced an earthquake while we were there. The staff were wonderful in trying to calm everyone, bringing out a cart with aromatic teas, coffee, and water to make us as comfortable as possible. A big suggestion would be to have written information on a card or a dedicated location to inform guests in the event of an earthquake, detailing what each individual should do if they are in a hotel room. We did not know how to evacuate or what to do to protect ourselves. That is a very important issue to address with the staff. Each one we spoke to had a different opinion of what we should’ve done. Otherwise the staff were really incredibly wonderful and very accommodating, but they need to have information for travelers to be well informed of a response to an earthquake.
