The Music Camp where I stayed at was absolutely stunning. The surrounding areas and Nuanu in general are all top-notch. I stayed 5 days and didn't need to leave the property because of how much there is to do. I will definitely come back in the future whenever I travel to Bali. Nuanu staff communicated through Whatsapp to do everything, even housekeeping. This can be convenient but was actually quite annoying. Response times were quick but often not done correctly. The worst experience of my stay was the very last hour when I asked for taxi assistance, and they tried to change the price on me after I got into the taxi, in addition to the taxi leaving late

Innovative design with environmental considerations. Also having complimentary buggies to get around is a great benefit for guests. Ordered 3 beers on room service and when they arrived they were not yet chilled :-(

The whole concept is amazing, especially the karaoke bar and beer garden where the staff were top. Check‑in, however, was slow and disappointing.

A beautiful and wonderful destination for families with children, offering an incredible variety of attractions. From the stunning spa and excellent massages to the beautiful accommodations and swimming pools, every part of the resort is thoughtfully designed. We spent time at Luna Beach Club almost every day, and complimentary access made it even more enjoyable. The alpaca farm, butterfly garden, and the magical garden were all fantastic experiences for both adults and children. It’s the perfect place to spend two or three nights with kids, with plenty to see and do while still having time to relax. The buggy transportation system could definitely be improved. Since the resort is very large, especially during the hot hours of the day, you need to request a buggy through the reception almost every time you want to get around. Unfortunately, the receptionist we dealt with wasn’t as friendly or welcoming as the rest of the wonderful staff, who were always happy to help with a smile. Whenever we requested a buggy, the waiting times were often quite long. In addition, the shared buggy never dropped us off directly at our room and always stopped at the main entrance instead, which meant we still had to walk in the heat. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did take away a little from the overall experience
