The room was tasty and spacious, the bathroom was good, and the parking spot for the hotel was fine. I’d like more details about activities in Bournemouth; the town is a real beach village with little character.

Everything was very clean, the staff were lovely and helpful, and I highly recommend it. They were willing to offer extra help because I’m disabled and often nervous about new places; they put me at ease right away.

The small hotel has an exceptional garden in a quiet area just a short walk from Bournemouth town centre, shopping, the beach, and other main attractions. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the room and restroom were beautiful and large, and breakfast was served efficiently. One complaint concerns breakfast: the yoghurt and proper muesli are a must for a traveller who is environmentally friendly, i.e. by train! The rest was perfect! A minor drawback: it is partly responsive. Even a very sensitive person like me would be happy to stay at the Grove again!
