The location and room comfort were good. Breakfast lacked fruit on the first two mornings; we stayed one more night and only on the last day did they add fruit to the buffet. The room has no towel hook in the bathroom area and no shelf for shampoo, even though the lodge provides liquid soap and 2‑in‑1 shampoo; I always bring my own and had nowhere to put it except on the floor. Also there is no space for a carry‑on or other accessories, no table or chair support to hold our belongings, so we had to improvise.

We liked everything. The lodge is excellent, very pleasant and well maintained, and the service was even better. We were warmly welcomed throughout our stay and would definitely return. Nothing about the lodge or the team upset us. The only nuisance was that some guests left trash on the floor and treated common areas as if they were private; this did not affect our high rating of the lodge and its staff.

The staff were kind, the room was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is very good.

The lodge is wonderful, the chalets are impeccably clean and comfortable. The tranquility of the place is spectacular for anyone looking for rest.
