I liked the cleanliness and decor, but the empty beer bottles in the hallway stayed there all day. The gym was in bad shape with a broken bench and worn-out equipment, and the elevator instructions were a hassle when I had to go to the parking garage with luggage after checkout.

We found the room perfect for us, close to the airport and Milan. The mattresses were very firm, but that’s typical of most Italian hotels.

I loved the room – it was spotless – and the receptionist was friendly.
