The location is clear and parking is free, but the breakfast is disappointingly sparse for Italy, and the free eggs cost 11€. Tap water in the room drips partly salty, the first bottle of water in the fridge is free but the next costs 3€, a bike is 10€ per day, and the tourist tax is only collected at checkout, not included in the pre‑payment. The hotel claims 4★ but really doesn’t reach that level—more like 3★. As for the beaches, beware: the entire stretch of Forte dei Marmi only has two public free beaches—one about 5 km north and a small one about 4 km south (not recommended). The rest are private and cost 80‑100€ per day for a sun umbrella and two loungers!

Everything was fine, just the bed felt too hard and the pillows were too soft.

The location is perfect for the center of Forte and the sea, and the parking is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast could be better in terms of product quality, and the common areas could use a renovation.

The central location is a plus, but I don’t think the structure justifies the price. The room, on the ground floor of the annex, was renovated but faced the staff‑only area, forcing me to keep the blinds down for any privacy, which meant no natural light. The tiled floor is practical and clean, but the sound insulation is poor—steps, luggage, and noises from the room above were clearly audible. Breakfast was weak: the selection was limited, the salty tray was poorly arranged with smoked salmon, eggs, salad, and avocado all together, and the table had to be set up by myself. Finally, there was no phone line in the room; to use a phone I had to connect to Wi‑Fi.
