The hotel's location was fantastic, right next to Kowloon Station and a shopping center
The customer service at this hotel was truly exceptional.
The views from my room were breathtaking, but I did find the location a bit challenging to get to.

“Beautiful hotel with amazing views and the staff were very accommodating.”
The pool, the staff, the room was beautiful with amazing views. The lift up to the hotel was painful and it was hard to get out of the building onto the street without needing to go through a mall or getting a taxi
