The proximity to the Ford Center and on‑site parking were great, and the linens looked clean. However, the room could have been cleaner; the sitting chair had hair and debris, the bedside light fixtures had grime that came off easily, the shower had rust and residue, a corner shelf in the shower seemed to have fallen or been removed leaving adhesive, and there was visible buildup in the bathroom corners.
“Unprofessional staffs”
When we were about to check in, the hotel system had crashed. The staff couldn’t give guests any helpful information or updates about the situation. The lobby was full of guests waiting to check in. We waited until almost 7:30pm, then they told us to leave our name and cancel the reservation. I still received a late cancellation charges notice. The unprofessional staff didn’t know how to handle the situation like the system down.
