The view was nice, but the location is very far. For people who don’t use bikes it wouldn’t be easy. The breakfast wasn’t good. We stayed at the villa and the pool was annoyingly close, making it feel like there was no privacy at all. The bathroom and living room are not separated, and you’re expected to put your clothes in the closet inside the bathroom.

The comfort was almost perfect; the bed was truly wonderful and the view from the room is extraordinary. Every evening you can see the sunset from your room, and when it gets dark you see the fishing boats (blue, green lights in the sea) heading out to catch octopus. I would definitely recommend starting the morning with a nice cup of coffee on the terrace; the coffee is good and you sit there wonderfully. In addition, we received free bottles of water and clean towels every day. The only criticism is that some staff members didn’t always come across as genuinely friendly, even though we found them to be. This might be due to the number of demanding and antisocial tourists they deal with, but we still found it annoying because we were friendly and didn’t always get that back. For example, it’s not very polite to talk with your colleague in Thai right after I walked past. This happened several times. Maybe it was about something else, but just wait a bit because it doesn’t feel good.

The pool and view were exceptional, but the location made it challenging. It was very noisy at night, mainly from frogs and toads. Even though the lack of onsite food/restaurant was known in advance, it still made things less comfortable. The breakfast menu was basic and the portions were tiny.

The location, views, and staff are amazing, but the bathroom has no window and carries a sewage odor that needs improvement.

The staff were very kind and helped with everything; the room and the entire hotel were amazing, and there was nothing negative.
