The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a tidy bathroom that met my expectations. The pool water felt a bit colder than I had imagined, but the room near the pool stayed nice and warm. Breakfast was a real disappointment: the eggs were watery, the sausage was awful—so bad I almost threw up—and the orange juice tasted spoiled. I left early to grab breakfast elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and I loved the breakfast options. The pool was also nice. Nothing else was wrong; everything was great.

Advertised hot tub, but no hot tub. The hot tub area was filled in with cement 3 years ago according to front desk staff. The rooms have changed design and no longer look like the pictures posted on booking. We paid full in advance and the hotel still charged us full price at check-in and told us we would need to dispute it with Booking. Being charged double
