The location was excellent, right next to Jerusalem’s old city, so you can walk to all the spots; as a traveler who only needed a place to store luggage and rest, it met the goal, but there was no daily cleaning.

Everything was very clean, coffee and water were unlimited, but it was very close to the Old City.

Everything ran absolutely smoothly! The location couldn’t be better: all holy sites and Jerusalem attractions are perfectly within walking distance. There are fantastic food options right on site and a bus link is also nearby. You can’t do anything wrong here. Top, top, top! Nothing negative.

It’s close to the Damascus Gate (old town). There’s too much noise in the evening, especially on Thursdays, and the elevator is often broken.
