Everything was great – the location, the bed, the toilet, and the water pressure – but the sauce for the bread pudding should have been served separately, the scone was hard, and there was no telephone in the room.

The beds were very comfortable, and the spa and wellness centre offered great‑valued massages, yet the overall cleanliness could use an update and the carpet was very dirty.
