The location is strategic. The villa area is clean. The villa staff are alert and friendly. There is no villa name on the directional signs, and no slippers are provided inside the villa.

I planned to stay only two nights, then extended for another two, then another two, until I finished 10 nights in this lovely place that’s tucked in the woods yet close to the city. I truly enjoyed every moment—thanks to everyone. I can’t think of anything I don’t like.

The weather was great, just make sure you bring enough warm clothes and check Lembang’s forecast. There’s a fire pit where you can actually play with the fire, outdoor viewing seats, adorable dogs and cats, coffee trees, and overall a cozy, home‑like atmosphere. Breakfast was included, and the place has a coffee machine plus two V60 drippers for pour‑over. Zaky sent my ~3 kg of clothes to the nearest township’s laundry—his hospitality was fantastic 🙏🏻. I got a Gojek rider who took a route full of portholes and steep 60° inclines, so I’m still a bit shaken and ended up booking a Gocar on the way back. There are dinner spots within a 13‑minute walk from Kartika, but even though the host and reviews said I could order Grab food, I chose to walk instead. After dark the road was very dark, safe enough but still made me uneasy.

Le petit déjeuner était super, l’hôte était adorable, bienveillant et de très bon conseil, les lits étaient très confortables, le logement est très convivial. Le jardin avec vue sur la montagne est superbe, il y’a plein d’animaux très câlins. On se sent vraiment à la maison, c’est dur de repartir
