I had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Krabi; everything impressed me, from the staff’s conduct and warm welcome to the hotel’s beauty and distinctive outlook. The hotel features more than one restaurant, and the breakfast spread is large and varied. My only note is that the private pool in the “Welling Sankhuari” suite wasn’t as private as I expected. Other than that, the experience was lovely and distinctive.

The hotel is simply exceptional, where you fully feel the quality of a true five‑star establishment. Beyond the beauty of the surroundings, magnificent landscapes, and splendid rooms, it’s the service quality and client attention that make the stay unforgettable. My husband and I unfortunately caught a sore throat during our stay, and we were deeply touched by the staff’s small gestures. For two consecutive nights, we received delicate attentions to help us feel better: throat lozenges, hot honey water, and then ginger tea. These simple acts demonstrate genuine kindness and exceptional service. I especially want to thank PIM, who was absolutely adorable with us, regularly checking on us and ensuring everything went well during our stay. Her attention and friendliness made the experience even more special. If we return to Krabi, one thing is certain: we will come back to Banyan Tree. We literally fell in love with this hotel, and we will keep a beautiful memory. A huge thank you to the whole team for this exceptional experience! The only thing to note is that the hotel is a bit off‑center from Krabi’s downtown, but taxis and Grab are easily accessible, allowing hassle‑free travel. All in all, our stay was exceptional.
