“Disappointed”
The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable, but the pool area was closed during my stay and I was not informed about it before arriving or during booking.

The location is great, but some services aren't included in the price, and it feels a bit pricey for a 3‑star hotel.

The pool is nice, but the two single beds were attached, the staff were rude, the place clearly needed a makeover, and the breakfast was awful with coffee and milk from a machine like the worst station ones.

The positives were the close proximity to Atri’s centre and the pool. The room we received felt really old, both in furnishings and overall structure (the bathroom seemed unchanged since the 1980s). Cleaning wasn’t up to par. Breakfast, which we hadn’t ordered when booking, was offered but “not at full capacity,” as the concierge explained (we didn’t probe further). We were first told we couldn’t use the pool at 16:00, then later allowed only until 18:30, which didn’t match the times listed on the website. The staff were friendly, but the property needs upgrades to justify its rates.

There was nothing good, and the people have no hotel experience. I booked a 20 m² room with two double beds and a bunk bed, but they gave me two tiny rooms, one without windows or air‑conditioning, imagine 36 °C, and a hell. They have no parking; you must park on blue lines and pay for the whole night, never seen a municipality charge you even when you sleep. To bill me they insisted on the VAT money saying it wasn’t included in the price. I honestly feel ripped off. I was trying to believe my experience. Greetings to everyone.
