The owner was very humble and helpful, and the rooms were huge with big beds; the staff always made sure we had everything we needed, even offering hot drinking water and tea in the room. The only downside was that the location isn’t within walking distance of the market area or Dal Lake, but the owners’ hospitality was excellent.

Saadat is a friendly, always-smiling person who is always ready to help and advise us; the room and bathroom were super clean, the Wi‑Fi worked great, and since we arrived late he ordered dinner for us, and his mother was also very kind. It’s a very good address, very inexpensive, and I recommend it; we were two senior friends.

Mr Sadat, the owner, was incredibly helpful—he arranged an extra four nights for us even though I booked only a day before, and he also organized all our tours and transfers on short notice. The only thing that was missing was a restaurant inside the property.
