Everything was perfect from start to finish. We felt at home the moment we entered, and every detail was thoughtful and well taken care of—it was priceless. We couldn’t stay long enough in Seoul, but we’ll return.

The equipment provided was super good—there’s a washing machine, dryer, detergents, a water dispenser, a large freezer and fridge, a TV already logged into Netflix, and a Dyson hair dryer that works well. The facilities are very complete. Both the first and second floors have toilets, which is convenient. The overall vibe of the place is nice, the lighting is atmospheric yet bright, and the area is residential and quiet at night. The shower is small, the curtain can’t close fully, so the floor gets wet after a shower, but it dries the next day. Four people might feel a bit cramped, but it’s very comfortable for two or three.

The staff really cared about us, so we felt comfortable during our stay, and even though the hotel is in the city, it’s surprisingly quiet. However, when I used the shower on the second floor, the curtain was too short and the toilet got wet, and there was only a bath towel—having a hand towel would have been nice.
