The price was reasonable, the old building was very clean and fresh smelling with some upgrades—new rugs, bed covers and good mattresses—yet it feels sketchy because the main signage is broken.

Quiet place, easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. AC was a bit temperamental, and the bedside lamp flickered when I shifted in bed—just a room thing.

Fishing spot? Spot on—short drive to most lakes. Building feels a bit old, TV only basic cable. Breakfast was okay: boiled eggs, pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice. Could use more cereal and milk, but all that was in the price.
