The hotel’s location and breakfast were good. The price‑to‑value ratio was decent, though the facilities were a bit lacking.

The spot is convenient, only a five‑minute walk to Nha Trang beach. The room’s windows don’t open and the terrace is so close to the neighboring building that the view is rather awkward 😂.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and had excellent soundproofing. The pool was very nice and clean, the water felt fresh, and daily room cleaning was provided. I’ll be back soon! No negatives.

The spot was great and the staff were super helpful. My room had a fridge, but the TV only offered one Russian channel, so I didn’t bother watching it, and there was no Wi‑Fi. Initially they gave me a room on the 11th floor that faced the wall of a neighboring hotel; after asking for a higher floor, I was moved to the 17th floor in the same room type and finally got a sea view. Thanks for that. The housekeeping was disappointing – I had to move my shoes off the wall and chairs so they could clean the floor behind them, yet dust never got wiped off the desk or the bathroom counter during my 27‑day stay. The bathroom was awkward: water splashed everywhere, and the towel used for my feet was basically a floor mop, so I had to collect the water daily. The AC blew directly onto the bed; we slept under blankets for the first two weeks with cold noses and ears, even at 25 °C, and when the remote malfunctioned we were shown how to adjust it, but then it became too hot. Nights were a nightmare. Breakfasts were often cold and not reheated, so you couldn’t stay hungry, but if you know what to pick you can eat fine – though sweet lovers were disappointed. The pool was full of stagnant water but the equipment worked, which is probably normal for a 4★ hotel in Vietnam. Overall, you can relax if you ignore these issues.
