“Muy bien”
The room was excellent. There was no heater, so bring a coat; otherwise everything was great.

The stay was wonderful: the place was spotless, offered a lovely view, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It was great value for money, and the on‑site restaurant had great food with many options. I highly recommend it!

Everything was clean and the room was large, though the bathroom was a bit smaller. We only received one towel, but after asking we got enough and everything was fine. It was cold inside because it’s in the mountains, and the water stayed cold for a long time; we had to keep it running to warm up. The bathroom is somewhat small.

Our room had black mould and a terrible damp smell. Until this is fixed, I would not recommend staying here.

The resort rooms are limited but offer excellent views from their windows. The front elevation is under construction for a new Chinese restaurant, but the back side’s view is the main attraction, not to mention the owner and staff’s friendly and cordial approach. Nothing in particular was a problem. We were initially a bit upset by the front look while it was under construction, but when we went down to the lower floor for reception and our room, we were really smitten by the beautiful ambience.
