Location. I have to wait for an hour for Check In.The room is on the ground floor & very small. Washroom is smallest. This is the very 1st time i have experienced for room service you have to pay instantly, even before having your food. Only solace, it is online. You have to remind them to hand over bills. Alternatively, they will forget & so you. Not good for business traveller

The air conditioner in room 210 didn’t work; after complaining several times between 4 pm and 11 pm, they finally moved my luggage to room 211.
