The villa sits in a convenient spot, but if you plan to head out you should leave early because traffic can be a hassle. For a day trip the villa can arrange a car, which helps since the drive takes longer than expected. The attached restaurant served tasty food, and we booked in‑room massages that were a nice touch. The staff were very friendly. Everything else was fine.

The pool was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and well‑maintained, and overall the property was genuinely pleasant. The value for money was very good. The only downside was that it was a bit too far from the city center, forcing us to take a taxi and waste a lot of time on travel, especially with the chaotic traffic. The breakfast was a little weak, though we understood that this is fairly common in Bali. The staff were extremely kind and always helpful, though they could have shown a bit more initiative.

Los espacios son amplios, ideal para una familia grande. La limpieza muy buena y la atención y amabilidad del personal excelente. Los desayunos y cenas servidos por el restaurante en la propia villa son una opción muy cómoda que nos ahorró tiempo y quebraderos de cabeza. También agradecimos mucho tener suministro de agua mineral ilimitado. Aunque nuestra estancia fue muy agradable en general, no pudimos descansar bien por la noche porque la zona es ruidosa (la carretera con tráfico constante, obras cercanas y varios gallos en la parcela de al lado) y las habitaciones no están aisladas en absoluto. El mobiliario es algo básico pero lo compensan los detalles que los dueños tienen con frecuencia (flores frescas, mensajes interesándose por nuestras necesidades, algún plato extra gratis en las comidas, etc.)

Everything. The accommodation is exceptional. The décor is stunning. Four rooms overlook a wonderful pool, the beds are very comfortable, and everything is spotless, even the outdoor space. It’s so beautiful and welcoming that you want to stay longer. The staff are amazing. They welcomed us with juice upon arrival, served excellent breakfasts every morning, and their kindness and care deserve a ten. We’re thrilled with our stay in Isenja and felt like we were in paradise. We recommend travelers stay here. The family also runs a restaurant next to the villa where we ate and dined wonderfully. Service 10, food 10, affection 10. Without a doubt, if we return to Bali we’ll repeat this villa and recommend it to our relatives and friends. Thanks to Isenja for these special days and for your affection. We liked everything.

My friends and I loved our overall stay at the villa. The villa was very clean, and we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. It was very comfortable, the food was great, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and responsive. We will definitely come back if we have the chance, and we highly recommend this villa to our friends and family. Nothing else to add.
