Milé slečny na recepci. Dobrá snídaně. Měli jsme dostat pokoj 25 m 2 s pohovkou.

I liked the pools and the lady at reception, and the pool area was fine, but the bathroom flush didn't work, the bathroom needs renovation, the hotel staff were very unpleasant, and the breakfasts were monotonous with the same white cheese every day and a small selection of cold cuts.

The baths and pools are nice even though construction is ongoing, but the atmosphere feels off; breakfast starts at 8 am, late, and reception opens at 10:30, I asked for the invoice a day in advance and couldn't get it until the day of departure, so I rushed in the morning and had to wait an hour to get the invoice.

The staff kept us comfortable, the room looked great with nice beds, and from the window we could see the mountain view; the only sound was the stream. The only downside was that there was no small plate.

The nature was amazing and the pools were great, and the dinners at the nearby Koliba were excellent. The only complaint was the pillow, which was a bit lacking.
