The spot is spot on, and the room was spacious and spotless, with a comfy bed. The pillows, however, were too firm for me, and I’ve noticed many Bulgarian hotels don’t offer quality pillows.

They gave us a free parking spot right next to the hotel, the service was excellent, and the location is just a 10‑minute walk from the old town—what a nice stroll. It’s a shame there’s no elevator. Everything was newly renovated and the bed was very comfortable. The room we received had a tiny balcony and was very cramped, especially the bathroom, which was minuscule; the shower had no curtain, just an open space, and the toilet was impossibly small.

The room was lovely and the breakfast was generous. Some staff were quite rude, particularly a young woman at breakfast.

I liked the location and the décor the most. The breakfast wasn’t very fresh, and the price felt a bit high for two people sharing one night.

The service was attentive and caring! We appreciated the early check‑in and the snack preparation, since we had breakfast included and were leaving at dawn. Everything was flawless.
