Being close to the San Antonio shopping centers was a plus. I had paid for the hotel reservation in advance, but when I arrived after my flight, they told me I had to pay the whole reservation because they said they hadn’t received it, and it was a long time before we could resolve it.

The hotel’s location was convenient, with any store within a five‑minute drive and good links to main roads and freeways; the staff were friendly and attentive, the place was clean, breakfast was excellent, and everything else worked well. The only improvement I’d suggest is the fitness centre, which lacks enough heavy free weights, benches, and multifunctional machines for strength training.

Everyone was very friendly and the facilities were nice. We liked everything, the pool was good and the room was superb. The staff were exceptionally kind and understood what we needed.
