I had no positives, and the experience was awful: when I arrived the entrance was shut and no one let me in; I called the property multiple times but got no reply, the place felt unsafe, and I was left outside with no help, so I couldn't stay at the place I had booked.

The only thing that was worth mentioning was the location. The apartment was very old and in bad condition; one side had no wall, just a single glass with a curtain, and the noise from the pub downstairs was relentless until 02.00. After that, we had to endure staff refilling the pub until 03.00 or 04.00 on weekends, with no respect for people sleeping in the rooms. Horrible place.

In the room, it was impossible to sleep: light from the corridor and noise from the street and the bar seeped in, and music could be heard until 4‑5 am. The room was dark, but the curtains couldn’t be opened because another building was directly opposite the window. The room was very dirty, the shower didn’t drain, and on the first day the sink was broken, so we had to brush our teeth standing in the shower with water at ankle level. I gave a score for the friendly staff, but I would rate the room itself zero.
