The place is just a stone’s throw from Leura yet tucked away from all the traffic, surrounded by trees and perfect for a peaceful UTA week. Getting to the parking spot was a bit confusing at first, but we managed to sort it out quickly. Overall, the location made up for the minor navigation hiccup.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help. The rooms look freshly renovated, with a spacious bathroom, strong shower pressure and super comfy beds, and the whole building is dead quiet—ideal for a solid night’s sleep.

The room was clean, fairly quiet and comfortable, but paying $300 a night felt excessive for what it offered. I’d expected some shared kitchen area, which turned out not to exist, and the shower was weak with fickle temperature control. At $200 a night it might be tolerable, but $300 is hard to justify.

Our room was spotless, fitted with high‑quality fixtures and lovely Asian‑style furniture, and the under‑floor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch after a long day out. The setting was tranquil and exactly what we needed, though it would have been better if basic items like plates, forks, knives, a couple of wine glasses and maybe a small microwave were provided. Arriving late, we wanted to eat a takeaway but found no cutlery in the room.

The accommodation sits right next to quiet bushland, which makes for a nice, peaceful backdrop. Unfortunately, there was no kettle or coffee‑making facilities in the room, so the simple pleasure of a cuppa was missing.
