It is a 1-hour drive from The End of the Earth and 40 minutes from Sanya Phoenix International Airport. Elegant rooms feature modern interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows, 46-inch flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms with bathtubs.

The hotel is far from the island’s center, and it takes 30‑40 minutes to reach the nearest shopping centers. The beach entrance is rocky and drops off immediately. The pier is made of plastic, so you can’t walk on it; it’s tied up with some dirty mattresses or something. Towels at the pool are dirty—they just hand out used towels and fold them. When I asked why, the staff said they were poorly washed. In the restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner, the plates are always small, even at dinner, and the napkins are only paper. The staff are unfriendly and never smile.

The room was beautiful and extremely spacious, the bathroom was very large and had a tub with a beautiful view. The marble finishes were stunning. We were greeted with petals on our bed, and to celebrate our honeymoon, the hotel gifted us a heart-shaped cake and a bottle of champagne! We also loved the professional photo shoot service - 7 photos were complimentary and you could purchase more if you wish! The pools were great, with a nice warm water temperature and the beach was also beautiful. We enjoyed the excursions and experiences available such as the snorkelling

The butler Bart was excellent! The villa’s pool was cleaned several times during our stay and was always spotless. Everything was great. The only thing missing was… (no further comment).

Kevin 吉先生 was extremely personable and helped us with many issues during our stay, for which we’re very grateful; Andy also gave us great assistance and had a wonderful service attitude. The swimming pool was nice and the overall facilities were satisfactory, making the stay comfortable. Breakfast was much better than some reviews suggested—still room for improvement, but the quality was acceptable.
