The place was clean, but when I arrived there was no one at the reception to check me in.

The owner was friendly and helpful, but he seemed unaware of our booking that day and had locked the doors before we arrived; after calling him he opened them at 12 am. Additionally, the walls in the room were painted so rough that touching them could bruise you, and because the room was small it was hard to move around without bumping into the walls.

The location is close to hospitals and hotels, but the customer service for these essential services is hit‑or‑miss; people with the best temperament can handle both jobs with 5 stars, while others who lose their composure just to prove a point are also remembered, so choose carefully before booking.
