The breakfast was lousy, the staff were inexperienced, and it took a long time to get a room. They charged for two cars even though we only had one, and the shower went cold after three minutes for both of us. We need more variety and better food, a fixed shower, and a refund for the parking overcharge—why even charge for parking?

Everything was great, especially the location and the room floor plan, which was absolutely amazing. The only issue was minor stains on the black couch.

The location was great—close to the interstate and easy to get to, with plenty of food options nearby. However, the pillows were not good, we didn’t get the correct room type (we booked two queens but only had a king), the bathroom vanity and sink were pulling away from the wall, and the shower door didn’t close properly, so the shower leaked all over. We couldn’t use the body wash because it was not open and we couldn’t get it open.
