“Great staff, just check the room.”

The staff were welcoming and the room was bug‑free and refreshed. My first room was dirty, with hair in the shower and under both pillows. After I notified the staff, they quickly moved me to a new room.

The fitness center, breakfast, cleanliness, and comfort were all good, but the TV remote stopped working about half the time.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even when a computer system outage happened, and they did everything they could to assist us. We enjoyed the visit and the view from our room, and the breakfast selection was good.
